ElementaryThe French elementary course is divided into four main stages that include a total of 60 hours. We allow a maximum of 8 students per class and a minimum of 3 students.
What are the requirements for this course? This course is designed for people with a basic knowledge of French (at least 60 hours) and who are at ease with the following topics: introducing oneself and someone else, locating, talking about hobbies and habits, shopping for clothes, talking about the weather, ordering food, placing an action in the present, the near future and the past.

What do I need to bring? The book used for this level is Version Originale 2 Student's book and has to be purchased prior to the first class. The French Spot students can get a 10% discount from the library Abbey’s Bookstore, 131 York Street in the City. Alternatively, the book can be purchased online on the book depository website. Pens and pads are not provided. Smile is mandatory!
When can I learn? Course available:
The Monday course (Stage 1) starts on November 30th. The Tuesday course (Stage 4) starts on December 1st.
